Hi, I’m Amanda!

Earth Made Kitchen first started out as a cooking school in late 2019, by bringing together community through cooking. We had two workshops and then *boom* - the pandemic hit 3 months later. Then, we went online to teach many cooking classes, which we continue to do today, while providing food services in between.

I have over 10 years of experience working in the food industry - from 2011-2020, I worked at the PC Cooking Schools in Toronto, and I’ve done small-scale meal delivery in the past. I’ve also volunteered in food-focused non profits in Los Angeles, such as Food Oasis LA, The LA Kitchen and Share-A-Meal. I have a Certificate in Nutrition from Cornell University, and I also currently work at 2 restaurants in Toronto.

When it comes to my cooking, I always search for diverse, healthy, wholesome and delicious ingredients. I hope you find some inspiration and joy through one of my tasty dishes!
