OUR STORY
Welcome to Earth Made Kitchen! We are a small food business that launched in late 2019 in Toronto, just 3 months before the pandemic. We quickly went online to teach many cooking classes and fast forward to 2025 - we are now based in NYC offering catering, cooking classes and other food services across the city and beyond!
I’m Chef Amanda Huang and I have over 12 years of experience working in the food industry. In Toronto, I was a chef instructor at the PC Cooking Schools for 9 years. I later cooked in the kitchens of Ricarda’s Events & Catering, La Palma, and the Michelin-rated restaurant, Aloette. I’ve also volunteered in food-focused nonprofits in Los Angeles, such as The LA Kitchen and Share-A-Meal. I also hold a Certificate in Nutrition from Cornell University.
When it comes to my cooking, I always search for diverse, healthy, wholesome and delicious ingredients. I hope you find some inspiration and joy through one of my tasty dishes!
