OUR STORY

Welcome to Earth Made Kitchen! We started out with pop-up cooking classes in late 2019 and had two workshops until suddenly *boom* - the pandemic hit 3 months later. We went online to teach many cooking classes, which we continue to do today, while providing food services in between.

I’m Chef Amanda Huang and I have over 10 years of experience working in the food industry. In Toronto, I was a chef instructor at the PC Cooking Schools, an Events Cook at Ricarda’s Events & Catering and Chef de Partie at La Palma. I’ve also volunteered in food-focused nonprofits in Los Angeles, such as Food Oasis LA, The LA Kitchen and Share-A-Meal. I also hold a Certificate in Nutrition from Cornell University.

When it comes to my cooking, I always search for diverse, healthy, wholesome and delicious ingredients. I hope you find some inspiration and joy through one of my tasty dishes!
