Watermelon Radish and Cucumber Salad

Makes about 1-2 servings

Ingredients

1/2 - 1 watermelon radish, spiralized

1/2 - 1 cucumber, spiralized

sesame seeds

sesame oil

salt

1. Place the vegetables into a plate or bowl. don’t forget to cut the vegetables so it’s not one big spiral!

2. Drizzle with sesame oil and salt.

3. Garnish with sesame seeds.
