“Prosciutto e Melone” Salad
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
3-6 slices of prosciutto
3-6 slices of sliced cantaloupe
Spring mix salad blend
6-12 heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
4-8 mini bocconcini
Walnuts
2-3 tbs olive oil
2-3 tbs balsamic glaze
Pinch of salt
1. Wrap the cantaloupe with the prosciutto. Set aside.
2. Assemble the salad. Tear the bocconcini to make the salad look more “rustic”.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and a pinch of salt.
