Dumplings for Lunar New Year

Learn how to make delicious Pork* and Napa Cabbage Dumplings for the Lunar New Year! First, we will learn how to make the Pork and Napa Cabbage filling. Next, we will shape our dumplings using different folding techniques, cook our dumplings, and enjoy them with a homemade dipping sauce!

*You may substitute for other proteins, such as chicken, beef or tofu

The ingredient and utensils list will be sent to you after you register, and you will receive the recipes after the workshop.

Ensure that you register at least 1 day before the workshop. Participation and cooking is optional - you may sign up to just watch the class.
