Spanish tapas are often enjoyed during the summertime, on a patio outside. Let's bring the flavors of Spain to your home kitchen while adding seasonal winter ingredients.
On the menu:
- Pomegranate Patatas Bravas (Potatoes with sauce)
- Gambas al Ajillo with Winter Herbs (Shrimp dish)
- Spanish Pisto with Squash (Vegetable stew)
Bring some wine, and perhaps another dish to accompany your delicious tapas. We suggest paella (or just rice)!

The ingredient and utensils list will be sent to you after you register, and you will receive the recipes after the workshop.
Ensure that you register at least 1 day before the workshop, so you have some time to buy the ingredients.
