Tortilla Crepes with Bananas and Chocolate Chips

Just this weekend, we had our first Snack Sessions: Mini Kitchen class, and we made Tortilla Crepes with Bananas and Chocolate Chips.

Makes 2

Ingredients

1 banana, sliced

2 tortillas

About 20 chocolate chips (per serving)

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp butter

1. In a pan with the butter over medium heat, place the tortilla. After about 5-10 seconds, flip the tortilla and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon. Flip it over again and sprinkle some cinnamon. It is up to you how much cinnamon you want, but a pinch on both sides should be perfect!

2. Place the bananas and chocolate chips in the middle, and let the chocolate chips melt, for about 20 seconds. Fold the sides over to close the tortilla. The outer layer of the tortilla should be browned and slightly crispy. (You can see the picture above). Enjoy!
