Snack Sessions for Kids: Rosemary Pita Chips and Tzatziki

We made Rosemary Pita Chips and Tzatziki for our latest Snack Sessions for Kids!

Makes 16 chips and 1.5 cups of dip

Ingredients

2 Pita bread portions, sliced into 16 triangles

1 tbsp dried rosemary

1 tbsp olive oil

pinch of salt

Tzatziki:

1.5-2 cups Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Lemon juice from 1 lemon wedge

1/2 cucumber

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Place the pita bread triangles on top of the tray. Drizzle the olive oil, and sprinkle the rosemary and salt on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until browned and crispy.

3. Grate the cucumber using a box grater. Dry out the liquid from the cucumber using a paper towel.

4. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice and cucumber. Stir until well mixed. Enjoy with the pita chips!
