Snack Sessions For Kids: Homemade Tortilla Chips with Tex Mex Dip

We made delicious Homemade Tortilla Chips with Tex Mex Dip during our Snack Sessions For Kids today!

Makes about 1-2 servings

Ingredients

1-2 mini tortillas

1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Salt

Dip:

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp cumin

Pinch of salt and pepper

1. Cut the tortillas into triangles and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt, and toast in the toaster oven for about 2-5 minutes, or until crisp and brown.

2. For the dip, mix all of the ingredients into a bowl. Serve with the tortilla chips.
