Snack Sessions For Kids: Chocolate Drizzle Energy Bites

From our recent Snack Sessions!

Makes 10-12

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup nut butter

2 tbs maple syrup

1 tsp flaxseeds

1/4 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, except for the chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

2. Melt the chocolate chips. Take out the oat mixture and roll them into balls. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the balls. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
