Mini Burgers: 3 Ways!

Makes about 8 small patties

Ingredients

454g or 1 pack of ground beef

t tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tb Worcestershire sauce

1 tb ketchup

1 tb mustard

Salt and pepper

Heirloom cherry tomatoes

Vegetable oil

Mini cucumber, sliced

Red onion, sliced

Mango, diced into large chunks

Avocado, diced into large chunks

Microgreens

Mayonaisse

….anything else you may like!

1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, spices, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. It’s best to mix and combine with your hands!

2. Form small patties out of the mixture, and place them on a place them on a large plate or baking tray.

3. Cook the patties in a pan with about 1-2 tbs of oil over high heat, for about 1-2 minutes per side. You may also grill the patties, or bake them in the oven.

4. Get creative with building your burgers! You can use sauteed heirloom tomatoes, mango, avocados, cucumber, etc!
