Nice Cream: 2 Ways with More Granola
We recently collaborated with More Granola to make Nice Cream: 2 Ways! It’s National Ice Cream Month - so what better way to celebrate with some healthy Nice Cream!

These large granola pieces are a cross between granola cereal and bars, allowing you to snack right out of the bag, break up into smaller chunks, and get creative with your meals! All of More Granola’s flavours are inspired by classic treats, but made with real, nutritious ingredients. With varieties like Coconut Macaroon, Hot Cocoa, and Pecan Pie we hope to inspire people to savour healthy flavours the same way they would their favourite desserts, and encourage a more natural way of eating. Pina Colada Nice Cream Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1-2 Servings
1-2 bananas
4-6 pineapple chunks, plus more to add on top
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Coconut Macaroon More Granola
1. Slice 1-2 bananas and freeze for 2 hours.
2. Toast the shredded coconut in a toaster oven until browned. Set aside.
3. In a food processor, add in the frozen bananas, pineapple chunks and coconut milk. Pulse for about 1 minute, or until a smooth texture forms.
4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with shredded coconut, pineapple chunk, and More Granola!
Nice Cream Magnum with a More Granola Scoop

Serves 1
2 bananas, chopped and frozen
1 tbsp of plant-based milk
1 tbsp caramel sauce
1/3 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips, melted
1 large piece of More Granola
1. Blend bananas with milk on high in a food processor or high speed blender.
2. Spoon into a glass jar and create a well in the middle with your spoon.
3. Add caramel sauce into the well, and then place your More Granola chunk in the middle. It should be sticking up slightly above the top of the nice cream.
4. Pour melted chocolate over top of nice cream. Cover jar and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until top has fully hardened.
5. Using a spoon, crack into your magnum and, using your More Granola chunk as a scoop, dig in!
