Asparagus-Bacon Quiche
Makes 1 quiche
Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 pack of bacon, cooked and chopped into pieces
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
7-8 asparagus, sliced halfway
1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cheese. Add in the bacon, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Pour the filling into a pie crust. Top with the asparagus. Bake for 45 mins to 1 hour.
4. Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into it. Enjoy with a side salad!
