Chocolate Hazelnut Quinoa Cookies

Makes 16 large cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, room temperature

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

1 1/3 cup quinoa flour (make your own here)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.

2. Cream together the butter and sugars using a hand mixer, stand mixer or spatula and bowl. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix altogether.

3. Add in the chocolate hazelnut spread and mix. Add in the dry ingredients until all ingredients are incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned.
