Lightly Spiced Cauliflower Bites
Makes about 20 bites
Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tb paprika
1/2 tb garlic powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 3/4 cups water
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tb Sriracha sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Cut the cauliflower into big pieces. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, spices and water. Using a whisk, mix everything until a batter forms.
4. Combine the cauliflower with the batter and place on the tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the batter begins to harden.
5. Mix the butter and Sriracha. Brush the mixture on each cauliflower bite. Place the cauliflower back into the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until slightly browned and crispy.
6. Enjoy the cauliflower bites with creamy garlic dip!
