No-Bake Almond Butter Cookies (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free)

Makes 12-14 cookies

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until a dough forms.

2. Roll each cookie into a ball, and press down with a fork to make a criss cross pattern. Let the cookies firm up in the fridge for about 15 minutes before eating.
